Shipping Rates
All taxes and fees are covered by LAUNCH. LAUNCH also covers shipping costs for orders placed through the official store.
Free shipping is available within the Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines, except for certain remote and non-serviceable areas.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas.
Regarding Refused Deliveries and Handling Fees
For non-fraudulent orders, if a customer refuses delivery after the order has been shipped, a flat fee of 15MYR will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Delays
LAUNCH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events.
If a delay occurs, we will do our best to assist you and keep you informed of any updates.
